EXCEL Employment Discovery (EED) Day Program is a subsidiary of Oasis First Care LLC founded in 2017. The program provides a non-residential Community Integration Training Program foradults withdevelopmental disabilities.

We area vendorwith North Bay regional Center. The program is locatedin Vallejo California and offers a wide range of services to individuals with I/DD and a wide range of complex needs in Solano and Napa Counties.
